RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. We offer 7days hassle free returns and exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 business days for the returned or exchanged product[s] to reach us.
2. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
3. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 50/- will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items only a single deduction of Rs. 50/- will be made for the entire order, not on individual clothing item.
4. We do not charge this reverse shipment fee in case of product exchange.
5. Pick up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick-up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick-up is subjected to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
6. Please return the product[s] in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
7. The refund will be reflected in your bank account only within 7 days of the product reaching the precious9 warehouse.
8. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
10. Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
11. If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns are not accepted. If there is any manufacturing issue or if you have any other query in this regard, you can check our terms & conditions.
12. Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.
