– Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website

– Submit the required details as prompted.

– Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted

We levy a charge of INR 50 for any return orders as reverse shipment fee at the time of Refund & there is no additional charges for product exchange

The order usually takes 3-4 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take upto 7 working days

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID , phone number and whatsapp .

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at precious9.in@gmail.com

Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your App/Website and then select the order you want to cancel. The ‘Cancel’ option will only be available before your order is shipped

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to send us photographs & videos of the damaged / defective product on Instagram precious9.in and Email us on precious9.in@gmail.com .To be considered for a refund, a video must be sent from the time the sealed pack is opened until the product defect becomes apparent.

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns and exchange section on the website or click here to raise a exchange request if you receive any wrong order

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you.
